Background
Inventors University is a "school" led by 11-year old Iris Khaund and her 8-year old sister Robyn. The premise is that computers and technology can be a creative and collaborative endeavor. We partnered with Sun Terrace Elementary School to identify eight deserving young girls who have the opportunity to turn their love of technology into an extracurricular activity by learning from Iris & Robyn as well as each other as they pursue their own personally-designed projects. This is a volunteer project (not a nonprofit), as we are we are paying for expenses, including computers, T-Shirts, notebooks, and other materials through our own funds. It is completely free for the students. We simply believe in this cause and want to make a difference.
